Job Description
FM/IM Portsmouth, Virginia (Outpatient)
- Work Dates Needed: As soon as possible – ongoing
- Schedule: Monday – Friday. 8am until 5pm. NO CALL!
- Worksite Setting: FQHC
- Scope of Work: Primary Care treating patients 18+.
- Duties/ Procedures: Diagnose, treat, educate, follow up, and care for patients in accordance with the American Board of Family Practice
- Requirements: Active VA license, BLS, DEA
- EMR: EClinical Works
