Job Description

• Work Dates Needed: As soon as possible – ongoing
• Schedule: Monday – Friday. 8am until 5pm. NO CALL!
• Worksite Setting: FQHC
• Scope of Work: Primary Care treating patients 18+. 
• Duties/ Procedures: Diagnose, treat, educate, follow up, and care for patients in accordance with the American Board of Family Practice 
• Requirements: Active VA license, BLS, DEA
• EMR: EClinical Works
