Family Medicine (FM) Physician Locum Tenens – Monroe, LA
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Every Saturday OR 3 Saturdays a month
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope of Work: Physicals only – DARS (Dept of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services/ Disability exams
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: LA license. Cannot work for any State or Federal facilities – VA (DADS as an example, its is a conflict of interest), Need Actual copy of LA license when presenting, CV must have some applicable experience performing physical exams similar to Social Security Disability Exams.
- EMR: paper charts – dictation
- Pay Rate Preferred: $90-95/hr.
