- Preferred Schedule: Schedule: M/W/F 8AM-5PM, T/TH 9AM-5PM
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Full scope FM; acute care managing chronic conditions
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC in Adult/Family/Pediatric/Womens Health NP, State License,
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
