- Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p (M-F) | No Call
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: Provide support for clinic | Locums will see womb to tomb | 40% Adult | 50% Adult Geriatric | 10% Pediatric | Clinic has full line of services including: Family Medicine; Pediatrics; Acute & Chronic Condition Care; Immunizations; Medication Management | Medicare Annual Wellness Exams; General Surgery; OB/GYN; Podiatry; Urogynecology; Urology; Vascular surgery | Locums will receive hospital privileges as clinic is tied to hospital
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ License | Active AZ DEA | Board Certified | ACLS | BLS | PALS/NRP | Current CV | 3 references
- EMR: Cerner
- Pay Rate $115 – $120/hr. (Depending on travel requirements)
