Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP Start – PERM 
  • Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm 
  • Worksite Setting: 100% Outpatient – Tribal Community 
  • Scope of Work: The Physician (MD/DO) is responsible for providing direct patient care, including performing examinations, diagnosing conditions, and delivering appropriate treatments. This includes prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and referring patients to specialists when necessary. Physicians must also ensure proper documentation and compliance with billing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Additionally, they are responsible for supervising mid-level providers, such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, to ensure clinical protocols are followed.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Valid Drivers License, Board Certification or Board Eligibility in specialty, Valid California medical license, DEA certification, and BLS certification, must pass national background check – free of any felony’s.
