Family Medicine (FM) / Geriatric (GER) – Locum Tenens
Job Description
Geriatric (FM/IM) -Bronx, NY
- Open Dates: ASAP
- Desired Schedule: See below and open to provider’s availability 8am – 5pm
- Worksite Setting: Pace Facility – geriatric population
- Scope of Work: 8-10 patients per day. Daily morning reports average 30 minutes. Daily Team Meetings / IDT meetings and reassessments – up to 2 hrs / day
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: DEA / BLS
- EMR: Truchart
