- Preferred Schedule: Mon and Fri (7a – 4p); Tues and Thur (8a -5p); Wed (10a – 7p)
- Worksite Setting: Clinic setting
- Scope of Work: Handle Occ Health, Family Medicine, Primary and Acute care, Not sure age of patients yet
- Requirements: NY license, CPR/BLS
- EMR: Athena
