Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: Aiming for December 2-ongoing (Need 1FT Provider in GA)
  • Preferred Schedule: M-F 9a-7p 9-1, 3-7 (1 hour lunch, 1 hour admin)
  • Worksite Setting: Integrated chiro- med
  • Scope of Work: Follow up appt after chiro sees patient, Orthopedic assessments , musculoskeletal med, trigger injections, joint injections, placement plasma injections, nerve conduction velocity 
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: GA licenses, prefers NP, must have experience with musculoskeletal med and injections
  • EMR: Eclipse
