- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Days, 12-hour shifts, Flexible
- Can be either 5 x 8 hour shifts or 4 x 10 hour shifts or 3 x 12 hour shifts or a mix
- Average of 16 patients per 8 hour shift
- No procedures required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
