Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 5/27/24 – Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 24 hours of physician coverage, 12 hour shifts
- Worksite Setting: Emergency department
- Scope of Work:
- ED volume: 20,000 24 hours of physician coverage, 12 hour shifts 10 hours of APP coverage daily
- Admission rate: 12%
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Licensed in OK only, EM trained does not require ATLS, ACLS & PALS, however, Primary Care trained physician will need these. BE,BC, Please do not submit candidates within 50 miles of the facility.. DFW, OKC & Tulsa candidates are ok
- EMR: Meditech
Additional Details an Emergency Medicine Physician will want to know about a position:
- Residency’s Accepted: Example Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine
- What is the backup subspecialty support make up at the facility
- What is the APC coverage: 10 hours
- What is the % of Admitted Patients: 12%
- What client is willing to pay for travel expenses: yes, but preference is within driving distance
