Job Description

• Work Dates Needed: 11 shifts; December 1^st-7^th, 11^th; 13^th, 15^th-17^th; 22^nd-23^rd, 27^th, 31^st & January 1^st
• Preferred Schedule: all 7am to 7am
• Worksite Setting: Hospital, 12-13 PPD; 5 ER Beds
• Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine; Very Low Volume. Moderate/low acuity
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE in FM, IM, EM, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• EMR: Cerner
• Residency’s Accepted: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine
• Shift Limit: 12hrs, 24hrs, 48hrs, 60hrs, 72hrs
