Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed:  Starting May 2025 – Aug 2025 | Potential of extending
  • Preferred Schedule:  Flexible Schedule | M-F (7a-5p) | No call | Full-time
  •  Worksite Setting:  Hospital | Clinic | Inpatient
  •  Scope of Work:
    • Daily rounding on inpatient patients (8a-8:30a)
    • Daily clinic (8:30a-4p)
    • Will see approx. 15-18 client patients daily
    • Will see approx. 1-2 inpatient patients daily
    • Standard bread & butter cases
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:  Active AZ license | Active IMLC | Active AZ DEA | Board Certified | ACLS, BLS | Current CV | 2-3 references *within the past 12 months | *Must have clean background – No malpractice claims
  • EMR:  Cerner
