Dentist needed in Ukiah, CA
Job Description
Work Dates Needed: ASAP start with 30 days credits – on going
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm
Worksite Setting: FQHC, Outpatient
Scope of Work: DDS will work with another dentist in the office and each have 2 RDA/DA . Sees 30% peds the rest adults’, 15-20 patients a day, exams, sealants, scale & rootplane, extractions, dentures, fillings. All routine bread / butter cases. They are a smaller office and may have to cover at Ukiah – 40 min away
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA state licensure, DEA, BLS,
EMR: EPIC
