Type of cases required    ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals – must be proficient 
Credentialing Timeframe    60-90 days
Caselogs required    Yes – proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
EMR System     Medaxion 
Candidates need PALS cert
