(D) Schedule: April 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 23, 29, 30. Consistent Mondays/Tuesdays starting in May
(E) Model: CRNA does cases independently

Looking for local candidates. Mileage / Gas reimbursed for travelers from nearby (Atlanta, etc)
