- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- BLS required
- Average of 4 surgeries per week, average of 12 – 15 patients per day, 100% adult
- Oncologic breast surgery, mastectomy/lumpectomy, augmentation, sentinel node biopsy & more
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
