- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Call
- ACLS and BLS needed
- 25 patients per shift
- General anesthesia, ortho, complex vascular, regional, head/spine, no cardiac, OB or peds required
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
