Specialty: Anesthesiologist
Start date: ASAP – ongoing (90-day commitment preferred)
Schedule: 3 days per week minimum
Shifts: No call required

Job details:

Practice setting: GI Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
Types of cases: All office-based procedures, 90% GI
# of cases a day: 10 cases per day
Ages: All ages
Requirements: Clean file, no background for temp privileges; proof of applicable certifications
Other: Temp privileges available within 48 hours; clean file credentialing can be completed in 1 week

Location: Chicagoland, Illinois

Additional Notes: All MD staff, no CRNA supervision
