Daily Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgical Center
Types of cases: All office-based procedures, 90% GI
# of cases a day: 10 cases
Ages: All ages
Requirements: ACLS, IL state license, minimum 1 year experience, clean no background
