- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Flexible
- Need 2 days per week (prefer Mon/Tues or Tues/Wed every other week or can be flexible)
- 4 – 6 cases per day
- Prostate artery embolization, genicular artery embolization, uterine fibroid embolization
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
