- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Call, 24-hour shifts
- 24 hour pager call coverage
- Average of 20 total deliveries per month, C-section rate – 17%
- Low & high risk pregnancy, routine & complicated delivery, 3rd & 4th degree laceration repair
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
