- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- Mostly adult
- 16 patients per day, must be able to see all ages
- Will consider IM for adults only
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
