- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Nights, Swings
- Physician must be able to work 7+ night shifts per month
- Average of 7 admits per night shift and average of 14 patients per day shift
- Closed ICU with no procedures and hospitalists run codes
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
