- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- 2 – 3 clinic days, 2 – 3 endo days
- Average of 20 – 25 patients per day, average of 16 procedures per day
- EGD & colonoscopy required and EUS & ERCP preferred
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
