- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS required
- 8 – 13 cases per day per provider, 20 – 35 total cases per day
- General, ortho, OB, minor vascular, urology, GI, GYN, endo and must be able to do regional blocks
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
