- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days
- ACLS needed & need 30 shifts per month but must be able to work at least 12 shifts per month
- Average of 25 patients per day
- General UC with no procedures
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
