Job Description

Locum CRNA needed in western, Illinois

Specialty: CRNA
Dates of Coverage/Schedule: CRNA has to be able to cover the following dates
2/20-2/24
3/6-3/10
+ at least 1 week/month ongoing.
CRNA needs to be able to work a 5×8 schedule.
The hours are from 7a-3:30p and the provider will get a 30 min lunch every day during this time frame.
Case Mix: General, GI, Ortho, GYN. 11 OR’s at the main hospital and 3 at the surgery center
Staffing Mix: CRNA’s are part of the anesthesia care team with anesthesiologists
Credentialing Time-Frame: 6 weeks
Active IL License Required: Active license is Highly preferred as the IL licensing process is quite lengthy
Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: All covered
