Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (NP/PA) Needed – Locum Tenens
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Starting in July for 3-6 month contract with potential to move forward permanently.
- Preferred Schedule: 3-13H shifts per week. Weeknight Call required 1:6 and some weekend call needed – 2 on call at all times.
- Worksite Setting: Hospital / CTS OR
- Scope of Work: Support the cardiothoracic surgery operating room as a First Assist, and round / manage inpatients and clinic patients
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active FL license, ACLS/BLS, DEA, Cardiothoracic Surgery First Assist experience with robotics needed.
- Procedures: Provider must be trained and competent in endo-vein and endo-radial harvesting. Heart and lung transplant experience is preferred.
- EMR: Epic
- Pay Rate Preferred: $150-160/hr + travel if needed.
