- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS required
- 12 – 15 patients per day in the clinic, 15 – 20 deliveries per month
- Full scope of office and call coverage
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
