• Setting: Employee Health Clinic
• Dates: Feb 10 – April 30 with possibility of extension or locums to perm
• Schedule: 4/10s Mon – Thurs 6:30a-5p
• Scope: Seeing all ages for family medicine and urgent care
• Daily volume: Average 8-10
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: active WA license, DEA, BLS, 2 ys of APP exp
