Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Locum Tenens
Job Description
- Dates: Jan 13-March 3 with option to extend or go perm
- Schedule: 4-10 hr shifts with Wed as off day; rotating Sat shifts from 8a-12p
- Setting: Employee Health
- Scope: Ages 2 & up, 16-18 ppd, primary care, acute care
- EMR: Epic
- Required: In license, IN CSR, BLS, DEA
