Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 3-6 months of coverage
- Preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- Worksite Setting: FQHC- outpatient
- Scope of Work: Acute, chronic, and preventive care for ages 16 and up
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, Board Certified FM, DEA, BLS
- EMR will be used
