- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- ACLS and BLS required
- 6 – 8 patients per shift
- Full scope of general, GI, orthopedics, ventilation management and local blocks
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
