- Scope: seeing ages 2+ primary and preventative care, sick visits, chronic conditions
- Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p
- Daily volume: average 14-16
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: active CA license, DEA, BLS, 2 ys of NP exp
