Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: PRN dates- January and February 2025
- Preferred Schedule: 730a-430p (30) or 730a-230p (30), or 9a-6p (30)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Onsite Health Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WI license, BLS and DEA, Must be able to see ages 2+
- EMR: EPIC- paper charting
