Specialty Accepted: Family Medicine or Pediatric MD | Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner l Family or Pediatric Physician Assistant
 Start Date or Shifts Requested: ASAP – ongoing, 20 hours a week
 Schedule: 2 days a week, flexible for which days (no Wednesdays)

Job Details

Outpatient
On average, 16 patients seen a day
Ages Seen:  For Pediatric Provider-  Newborn to 18, Family Practice Provider – All Ages
Requirements: Board Certified and BLS
EMR: AthenaOne
