Specialty Accepted: Family Practice Physician | Internal Medicine Physician
Start Date or Shifts Requested: ASAP – Ongoing
Schedule: 40hrs per week requested (36 clinical & 4hrs administrative)

Outpatient Primary Care
Typical procedures: Cough, Cold, Flu, Sinus infections, High BP, High Cholesterol, well checks
Requirements: BLS, DEA, CSR, Board Certified, Board Eligible
PPD: 18-20
Ages: All ages
EMR: Athena
