- Work Dates Needed: 1/8/25 – 2/28/2025
- Preferred Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs (7:30a – 5p); Wed (7:30a – 4p); Friday (9a – 4p); Saturday (8:30a – noon) CLOSED FOR LUNCH 1p – 1:30p
- Worksite Setting: Family Wellness Clinic
- Scope of Work: Family medicine ages 2+; Primary and acute care
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: GA license, CPR/BLS, Highest degree diploma
- EMR: Athena
