- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days
- ACLS required and prefer 5 days in a week but will consider 4 days
- 18 – 20 patients per day
- Basic primary care with no procedures
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
