Job Description


  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP for a period of 3 months   
  • Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
  • Worksite Setting: FQHC Outpatient – General Dentistry
  • Scope of Work: General Dentistry, must be comfortable seeing children – extractions, fillings, exams
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active OH license, DEA, BLS
  • EMR: E-clinical
