Job Description
4593SG – In the beautiful region of Southcentral Alaska, a healthcare facility is seeking a Locum PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) to provide outpatient behavioral health services. The PMHNP will work full-time, Monday through Friday, within a collaborative and integrated clinic environment, supported by a strong behavioral health team. Required certifications include BLS/ACLS, an active DEA, and an Alaska license. The role offers $115/hour, with housing, travel, and a vehicle provided. The position involves both in-person and occasional telemedicine visits, offering a unique opportunity to work in Alaska’s stunning natural surroundings. Located 2.5 hours from Denali National Park.

OVERVIEW:
- Locum Tenens
- Outpatient Clinic
- Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM
- Patient Volume: 6 per day (60 minute visits)
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- Pay: $115 per hour for every hour working in clinic
- No call
- 1099 position
- Medical malpractice insurance provided
- Travel, housing, vehicle provided
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Alaska state license
- BLS, ACLS
- Active DEA Registration
- Board Certified
- Two (2) years NP experience
