- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- ACLS required
- 5 – 8 patients per day, 3 – 4 consults with 1 – 3 procedures per day
- Interventional and general cardiology – coronary interventions, caths, echo, stress, EKG
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
