Rate: $260ph
Job Overview:

Job Type: Full-time (M-F, 8-hour shifts, 7 AM – 3:30 PM)
Start Date: Immediate (due to turnover vacancy)
Location: Illinois (State License Required)
Requirements:
Credential: CRNA
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPR, PALS
DEA, CSR, and State Licensure (Illinois) Required
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: 2-3 CRNAs needed, running 4 rooms (no hearts or neuro cases)
Typical Cases: OB, ortho, podiatry, endo, urology, general cases
EMR: EPIC
Coverage & Privileges:
Shift Details: 30 shifts per month
Privileges: Full privileges
On Call: No
Travel:
Mileage, lodging, airfare, rental car, and fuel provided
Additional Information:
Support: Team-based work (No solo work)
