Job Description
Need for min. of 3 Family Practice Nurse Practitioners and min. of 3 Family Practice Physician Assistants at Fayetteville VAMC in Fayetteville, NC
- Work Dates Needed: 7/1/2024 – 6/30/2025, plus 4 one year options. Long Term assignment. Providers must commit to one year.
- Preferred Schedule: M – F 8AM – 4:30PM
- Worksite Setting: Fayetteville VAMC 7300 Raeford Rd Fayetteville NC 28304
- Scope of Work: 95% direct patient care. Provide Family Practice and interventional Family Practice consultative services for: assessment, diagnostic work-up and clinic intervention, including comprehensive patient assessment, health history, physical examination, and patient education to Veterans in a Primary Care team setting. 5% administrative
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Any state license. Board Certified Primary Care NP, certified by ANCC; minimum of 5 years of experience within the last five years. VA experience is preferred but not mandatory. PA’s must be board certified by NCCPA ; Primary Care Physician Assistant; minimum of 5 years of experience with the last 5 years. VA experience is preferred but not mandatory. BLS, ACLS, DEA
