Job Description
Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 4-6 months with option to extend or perm placement
Preferred Schedule: 24 hours per week, M/W/F and 32-40 hours per week, M-F
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license, IL CSR, BLS, and DEA. Board Certified, Board Eligible or Non-Boarded
EMR: Athena Health
