Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: Jan – Mar 2025
  • Preferred Schedule: Clinic with call
    • Mon-Thur 830a-4p
    • Call 7a Mon-7a Mon / 24hrs
  • Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient 
  • Scope of Work: 
    • Clinic
    • Inpatient Call: Rounding; Avg 30 patients per day
    • Call 1:3
    • Support Staff: RN, MA, PSR
    • Must be able to perform emergent procedures 
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license, BC, DEA
  • EMR: Epic
