Job Description

• Work Dates Needed: ASAP – Perm – locums to Perm possibility
• Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p FT – PT to FT
• Worksite Setting: Community Health Center
• Scope of Work: 
  • Acute Care, 
  • leadership role, Medical Director
  • Patient Care
  • 2 administrative days, 3 clinical days); 
  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: 
  • Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years
  • OR State License 
  • min 5 years of post-grad exp. require
• Pay Rate Preferred: $155-205k
