Family Medicine (FM) – Locum Tenens
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP – 90 days or longer
- Preferred Schedule: 40 hours week (must float between 3 locations)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Scope of Work: 18 to 20 pts per day; could see prenatal patients; will have an RN, MA & Scribe
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, Board Certification; DEA; BLS
- EMR: Eclinical Works
- Credentialing 15 days
- Additional Info: Expenses not covered – must be local to 92401
