Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Locum Tenens

Job Description

• Setting: FQHC in Mendocino County
• Dates: Jan 6 for 6 months 
• Scope: primary care for all ages
• Work Hours:  M-F 8a-5p  
• Daily Volume: 24 with dedicated MA  
• EMR: EPIC
• Experience: 2+ years advanced practice required
• License and certification: CA lic, DEA, BLS, Spanish speaking provider preferred
• Pay rate: $100 per hour
